Why is it "affordable?"

The question posed was why is it called the "affordable" healthcare act when premiums are going up and millions still won't be inured?

Because the paid off politicians were lobbied to write an act that is a f**ked up mess pandering to for profit insurance companies while trying to get more people insured by forcing them into those very same companies plans.

Meanwhile to make even more money those same companies making billions in profits are crying that due to the act their lobbied politicians wrote that they have to raise premiums to make up for people that will be added to their company coffers.

Meanwhile the politicians have complete universal healthcare provided by the taxpayers for life and the insurance company officers are wealthy enough with their profits to never worry about healthcare again for life.

But the people of the nation are declaring bankruptcy, losing their homes, ending up avoiding doctors and medicine because they can't afford to be healthy. They could have the same universal healthcare as Congress, but that is only for the elite of the nation.

After all the gist now for the working people is "let them die."
