Another terrorist attack in France. Islamaphobia in the USA rises with the help of self serving scum like Donald Trump, Ann Coulter, and Sarah Palin.

Close our borders! Build walls! Muslims will destroy us!

The Nazis closed their borders. They built walls. They said Jews would destroy them.

The Soviets closed their borders. They built walls. They said Americans would destroy them.

It is appalling to me that not only are people calling for this nation to become fascist, but are so completely bigoted and cowardly.

When did the United States of America become a nation of selfish cowards? Especially in the face of those people who's lives we destroyed? When did we stop having compassion for victims? Of being brave against the enemy?  Of being the nation that took in those in need while destroying those who deserved it?

This is our fault. We created ISIS, we destabilized the Middle East. While those behind it profited by billions.

This isn't the nation that destroyed the Nazis, then showed compassion for the Germans and helped rebuild them to a great democracy.

This isn't the nation that destroyed the Japanese military and then rebuilt Japan taking compassion on the people.

Now they're both allies.

This is the nation that goes into nations on lies, reaps big profits by raping and destroying the nation, then leaves.

And we show surprise when we're hated? When terrorists can recruit even our own people? 

This is our fault. We need to fix it.
